Hi - These islands are beautiful and still
idyllic in most ways but ? has
many “Tin” shacks replacing
their thatched huts & it’s very
expensive, Gauguin Museum
quite good. Tonga remains the most
primitive & unspoiled. Fiji
picturesque but touristy - New
Zealand (have only been to 
Auckland so far) has a strong
labor gov’t - so there‘s a
sameness. No slums but no
lovely homes. After Australia
we go to New Guinea, Bali,
Singapore, Hong Kong, China,
Japan, Hawaii, San Francisco
& home on April 6. Seems strange: It’s summer here.
